AMR Capital Group goes digital with brand new website and complete online offering across all social media platforms

AMR Capital Group is a family of companies, all in the property and construction sector, which exists to provide, affordable, quality, sustainable housing and fostering communities that engage with and support those living in them.

Established in January 2024, the business has been built on decades of property experience and financial expertise, but it’s the company’s forward thinking approach that drives the business. To celebrate its one-year business anniversary, AMR Capital Group has launched a brand new website, plus gone line across all social media channels to improve outreach and continue in its mission of building safe, sustainable communities for people with disabilities, those without homes, asylum seekers and migrants.

AMR Capital Group founder and CEO comments: “We work with the best in the sector to make sure these properties are brought up to standard and turned into homes. By improving our online presence we can reach more potential partners, but continue to highlight housing issues and the social-economic factors that our business has been built to address.

By definition, CAS3 tenants are people with moderate housing needs (not emergency cases).

The Group comprises of several branches – investment, construction, leasing & maintenance and renewal; focusing on the first step of the process; sourcing and acquiring suitable homes for people that really need them.

Established in January 2024, AMR Capital Group is built of decades of property experience, industry experience and knowledge and financial expertise. The Group’s founder and CEO identified an opportunity in the market – to directly address the challenge of suitable housing for people that need it the most—typically individuals or families with lower incomes who may need affordable, social, or supported housing—between the ages of 18 – 60 yr olds who require long term housing stability.
Today, the Group of subsidiaries works directly with Local Authorities and Housing Agencies; to source and acquire properties that are refurbished to the correct high standards required.

He explains: “At our core, we are an investment business. We have the financial experience and expertise to fund housing projects for long term leases. But, we are also deeply invested in the cause – everyone has the right to live in safety, to lead fulfilled lives and keep a roof over their head.

“We are dedicated to fostering inclusive communities where residents can thrive, ensuring access to essential resources and services. Through our commitment to sustainability, transparency, and exceptional customer care, we strive to create lasting positive impacts on individuals, families, and neighbourhoods.

“But the situation is much more complex, which is where our experience and expertise comes in. From a financial point of view, we offer a data-driven property investment service that helps the business identify high-growth residential and commercial properties by analysing market trends and key indicators. The platform uses advanced analytics and predictive algorithms to pinpoint undervalued properties with strong future appreciation potential, saving time and reducing risk.

“We do not work directly with the future tenants; instead we acquire and renovate suitable properties that are then passed onto social housing agencies through long-term leases so that they identify appropriate tenants for each home.
